The 100 m² refers to the constructed wall; the 200 m² of plaster covers its two faces. They are not alternative area options. Mark lengths, heights and openings on a plan, then specify connections to existing rooms. The package describes brick partitions: work on load-bearing elements and changes to services require a separate scope.
