Data and purposes

The form collects your name, email, location, project description and selected work to respond to your request. An account associates requests with a personal sign-in; passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. Do not include identity documents, banking details or unnecessary information.

Use and access

The company identified above is the data controller. Processing is necessary for the pre-contractual steps you request and to provide the account service under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Form and registration fields are required: without these details you cannot send a request or create an account. Submitted information is accessible to company management; requests linked to an account are also visible to that account holder. Promotional mailings and automated decision-making are not enabled.

Retention and technical storage

Requests are retained for the time needed to handle them and any obligations associated with the relationship. The site uses a sign-in session cookie lasting up to eight hours and browser local storage to retain your work list. You can clear the list on the site or delete browser data. Third-party advertising and browsing analytics tools are not present.

Technical providers

The website is hosted on Netlify. Account, session and enquiry data are stored in Supabase in the European eu-west-1 region. Netlify uses a global delivery network to serve website pages and assets.

Data requests

You may request access, correction and, where applicable, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. Use the contact form and state that your request concerns personal data, or write to the registered office. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
