Catalogue and request

Packages describe a scope of work and quantities. The list gathers a request and is not an order, booking or payment. Execution requires a written proposal and acceptance.

Prices and proposal content

Catalogue amounts relate to the described work, before applicable taxes. The final offer specifies verified quantities, materials, substrate conditions, access, ancillary work, applicable taxes and the total. Excluded operations are not included in the package amount.

Execution, changes and cancellation

Dates, stages, payments, changes and cancellation conditions are set out in the contract for the intervention. Scope changes should be agreed before the affected work is carried out. Statutory rights applicable to the relationship remain in effect.
