Included work
200 m² of glued herringbone installation of wood boards or strips; sanding included. Parquet supplied by the client.
Adhesive, installation cuts, joint filling, sanding and final cleaning are included. The client supplies the parquet. Substrate preparation, skirting boards, stairs, thresholds and unlisted finishing treatments must be agreed separately.
Conditions and scope
Removal, disposal, unlisted substrate repairs, external scaffolding, permissions, building services, structural work and additional finishes are excluded. Quantities and conditions are confirmed in the written quotation.
