Included work
300 m² of straight or diagonal adhesive laying of rectangular or square tiles with sealed joints. Tiles supplied by the client.
Adhesive, cutting, joint sealing, spacers where needed and final cleaning are included. The client supplies the tiles. Substrate preparation, skirting boards, stairs and thresholds are excluded; the substrate must be suitable for installation.
Conditions and scope
Removal, disposal, unlisted substrate repairs, external scaffolding, permissions, building services, structural work and additional finishes are excluded. Quantities and conditions are confirmed in the written quotation.

This proposal covers porcelain laying on a suitable substrate; tiles are supplied by the client. It does not automatically include a new screed. State rectangular or square format, straight or diagonal pattern, rooms and junctions. If you also need a new substrate, consult the combined proposal rather than assuming it is part of laying alone.
