Included work
300 m² of C12/15 screed up to 5 cm and straight or diagonal adhesive laying of porcelain tiles with joint sealing. Tiles supplied by the client.
C12/15 screed up to 5 cm, adhesive, cutting, joint sealing, spacers where needed and final cleaning are included. The client supplies the tiles. Demolition, repairs to underlying layers, skirting boards, stairs and thresholds are excluded.
Conditions and scope
Removal, disposal, unlisted substrate repairs, external scaffolding, permissions, building services, structural work and additional finishes are excluded. Quantities and conditions are confirmed in the written quotation.

The proposal combines a screed up to 5 cm with porcelain laying. It differs from laying alone and from the reinforced screed with a different specification. Tiles remain client-supplied. Describe the existing base, levels, thresholds and tile format to assess suitability for your property. The combination does not automatically extend to removal or other excluded work.
