Included work
300 m² of straight or diagonal laying on 4 cm cement mortar, including joint sealing. Terracotta supplied by the client.
The 4 cm mortar bed, cutting, joint sealing, spacers where needed and final cleaning are included. The client supplies the terracotta. Substrate preparation, protective treatments, final waxing, skirting boards, stairs and thresholds are excluded.
Conditions and scope
Removal, disposal, unlisted substrate repairs, external scaffolding, permissions, building services, structural work and additional finishes are excluded. Quantities and conditions are confirmed in the written quotation.

Terracotta is supplied by the client; the item describes straight or diagonal laying on mortar and joint sealing. State the format, area and connected rooms, together with available levels for the specified layer. A diagonal pattern or a room with many cuts needs different information from a regular space. Surface treatments must be defined separately where not included in the specification.
